Golden, flaky, buttery, and packed with savory steak and melted cheese, these Puff Pastry Steak and Cheese Bites are the perfect appetizer for parties, family gatherings, game days, or cozy nights at home.

Tender pieces of seasoned steak are quickly seared with garlic and butter, then wrapped in delicate puff pastry with plenty of gooey mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Once baked, the pastry becomes beautifully crisp and golden while the cheese melts into the flavorful steak filling.

They look impressive on a serving platter, but they’re surprisingly simple to prepare. You can even customize them with caramelized onions, fresh parsley, or a touch of chili flakes for extra flavor.
